The Chicago Manual of Style, 17th edition, should govern all questions of style and format. The manuscript should be between 7,000 and 10,000 words (inclusive of notes) and blind, with all references to the author removed. Cover letters are not required, but authors may upload one as a “supporting file” if they wish.
